Daniel Christopher is an extraordinarily gifted and tireless student, and yet a victim of the French presidential system.
2020–2021: COVID sanitary emergency
October 2020: Assassination of Professor Samuel Paty
Consequently adoption of Law (“Loi du 24 août 2021”), introducing aggressive and restrictive measures that undermine children’s human rights and their right to dignity
In March 2020, governments around the world imposed what a “sanitary emergency,” which led to the adoption of abusive laws.In France, however, top politicians who had already placed the country under a permanent state of emergency following the 2015 terrorist attacks took advantage of this new world order to impose even more suffocating measures on the population, particularly against children, young people, and families. COVID-era laws created abusive form of authority, granting expanded powers to political and state agents who already possessed dramatic means to silence victims since 2015.Under President Emmanuel Macron, laws and personal ideological projects were forcibly imposed on schools. This laws were consistently presented as measures “for the public good,” while in reality producing the opposite effect. The French President decided to dismantle parts of the education system: breaking long-standing procedures, and destroying established structures always under the pretext helping children. This process began with his former high school in Paris’s 5th arrondissement, the historic Middle school school-high school Lycée Henri-IV, one of the oldest public schools in France.
Students who happened to be enrolled in high school Lycée Henri-IV, there during this period as was the case for Daniel Christopher were thrown into chaos and shaken at every level.
President Macron claimed to help “poor families in Paris” by introducing projets smisleadingly called family's low economic status.
In reality, Families living in central Paris even babysitters, cleaners, or very poor families living in “chambres de bonne” on the top floors, sometimes with several families sharing a single toilet—were classified as “rich Children family's” under the new President Macron rules and effectively excluded from access to many schools
Daniel Christopher’s very modest family, along with many others, was classified as “rich family student ” under these rules and was totally discriminated against and pushed out. Academic results no longer mattered.
The rules changed within only four months, causing chaos in students’ lives and leaving children, their families, and teachers confused, no longer knowing how to help or guide students. Many high-achieving students from modest families were punished, excluded, and discriminated against , by Emanuel Macron, new "Educational "system.
The French President and his governing circle know that Paris is full of tiny rooms and old, poorly maintained buildings, cramped spaces where many students and families live in precarity.
Very poor french students who come to Paris to study, in the remarkable Paris public education system, endure extremely harsh living conditions without complaint. The invisible population: the hard studing young people who do not spend time in cafés, parties, or social life, working multiple jobs while studying is precisely the ones that Emmanuel Macron’s government has consistently punished since coming to power. For reasons that are difficult to understand, children and adolescents who excel academically have been the most targeted by 2018-2025 Emmanuel Macron’s government laws presented to the public as “social reforms. In this climate of chaos, abusive adults thrived under the cover of “educational duty.”From 2020 ,French state officials and bureaucrats invaded the privacy of children’s and student's room's through so-called “mandatory distance learning.” with inappropriate authority using Zoom WhatsApp, and school cameras.
These practices were then used as pretexts to harass and inappropriately threaten children, teenagers, and young students.
In October 2020 came the tragic murder of Professor Samuel Paty. Those in power exploited this abominable crime to impose new rules of silence on children teenagers, and young students reinforcing a culture of fear, silence, and impunity.Daniel Christopher enter another high school.
In june 2023 french school's climate worsened further when politician Gabriel Attal became Minister of Education.
His appointment was publicly framed as that of the first openly gay Prime Minister in France in a cool education minister .
But During this period, aggression against children teenagers, and young students escalated to malicious levels, making life increasingly difficult for this young human beings.
The gym teacher decided to take revenge on Daniel Christopher, aggressively attempting by all possible means to force him to participate in a ballet dance class as a way to exert control over teenagers through an activity involving close physical contact. While all of Daniel Christopher’s classmates and friends attended regular sports classes—basketball, volleyball, football, gymnastics, weight training, or handball—Daniel Christopher was violently coerced by the gym teacher and the school’s head of security to attend the ballet dance class instead, in a high school with more than 3,800 students. The gym teacher and the school’s head of security issued summonses, carried out retaliatory actions, and engaged in repeated acts of harassment. With disproportionate hostility, the teacher threatened revenge, stating that if Daniel Christopher continued to refuse participation in the ballet dance class (and other imposed activities), there would be consequences for his university applications.Daniel Christopher had a medical justification: he suffers from Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) and was officially exempted from ballet dance activities. The more Daniel refused to be approached by this gym teacher, the more the teacher persecuted him, causing serious damage to his schooling, his health, and his overall life balance.Fake competitions, invented and printed on official-looking documents, were used as traps to lure teenage boys into private, one-on-one meetings with adult state agents holding authority over children. No one intervened to stop the gym teacher’s conduct or harassment.Harassment then became institutional.

This so-called “ school Resistance competition” does not exist!
The falsified document was printed on official school paper, bore the school’s official stamp, and handed to a minor student.
The fake “Resistance Competition” that targeted Daniel Christopher and was scheduled on the same day as the real one specifically to deceive and lure a minor.
It copied part of the name and format of the official contest, the “National Competition of the Resistance and Deportation” (CNRD),
The CNRD is a legitimate historical contest created in 1961, with the Foundation for the Memory of the Shoah as its main partner.
The mission of this foundation is to teach the history of World War II, especially the Shoah, to students and to support civic education.
This falsification stands as a shocking example of the specific risks and harms caused by individuals placed in positions of power, authority, and access to children and teenagers in France under President Emanuel Macron.
There are international laws and child-protection conventions that strictly forbid any situation in which a child is taken alone into a private office with an adult under a false pretext, and that criminalize any act endangering minors.
But not in the France of Mr. Emmanuel Macron
Every year, far too many underage students are lured — often during class hours — inside schools, middle schools, and high schools, into the private offices of adults, where they later report physical and psychological assaults.
Daniel Christopher s grades, are exceptional.
He has straight A’s in nearly every subjectBut none of this seems to matter.France, once proud to call itself the cradle of human rights, has become a nation where its leaders’ obsession with power and sexual ideology now overshadows their duty to protect the most innocent — their own children.
Harassment is a deeply destructive thing for adults, but especially for young people who have no means to survive it.
We moved Daniel Christopher to another country but enrolled him in a French Lycée, only to discover that there was no escape from the powerful network of Emmanuel Macron governement.
The theatrical setup continued — a carefully staged trap, maintained by adults who refused to let go of a boy who had dared to point the finger at them as abusers. The Education Ministry decided that Daniel Christopher should take his national exams in the very same high school against which we had filed an official police complaint
a complaint that had already been pending for eight months.
The Education Ministry considered it normal to summon a student to take important national exams inside the very school he had fled, horrified by the lies , forgeries, sexual harassement.
Daniel Christopher was stripped of his right to take his final high school exams.
Without a high school diploma — without the French Baccalauréat — the doors of European universities are closed to him.
Thirteen years of schooling, thousands of hours spent studying in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays gone up in smoke.

Daniel Christopher ’s room walls are covered with posters of the people who inspire him:
Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Nikola Jokić, Shaquille O’Neal, and Victor Wembanyama hang alongside engineers and innovators such as Ewelina Ryszawa, Shyam Sankar, and Thomas Pesquet.Daniel Christopher has taken — and passed — every exam always with excellent results.
He earned the GED, a diploma created 85 years ago by U.S. veterans.
Daniel Christopher applied to universities, made contacts, attended interviews and he was admitted to two universities in the United Kingdom in the field of mechanical engineering, his passion.
His grades in mathematics and science are outstanding.
But Daniel Christopher cannot enroll in the United Kingdom neither anywhere else in europe, where the high school diploma (the Baccalauréat) is mandatory.
However, in Australia or United States, Daniel Christopher has a real chance. But one last obstacle remains.
In France, Daniel Christopher’s home country, university would have been almost free.
But on the other side of the world, in Australia or the United States, tuition fees are immense.
And we have no possibility to send our son Daniel Ch to study there for.
The cost of studying three or four years abroad now threatens to steal the future Daniel Christopher's earned through courage and perseverance.
We are making an appeal for investment in Daniel Christopher ’s education.Because he is a model student, and a symbol of what education should protect, not destroy.
Because he is a remarkable student in every discipline — especially in mathematics, science, and engineering. We ask for people’s support for Daniel’s studies,
so that he may find his place among brilliant peers and exceptional teachers.
Your support can open the doors of opportunity that injustice tried to close.
We ask friends, acquaintances, and all people of goodwill to believe in Daniel Christopher’s potential and to invest in his future —
not only for him,
but for every young student the world has stopped seeing.
We are profoundly grateful to all the kind people who have sent us words of encouragement, support, and strength
and to those who have inspired us to speak out about what happened to our son,
even if telling the truth may one day lead us to prison for daring to expose the French State,
the gym teacher, and the others who falsified records, lied, and harassed children and young people in France.
protected by abominable French laws that grant total impunity to those who harm minors.
Thank you.
